This information covers the online shop tein-germany.com. We aim to make choosing and ordering suspension components as understandable and accessible as possible.

What you can do in the shop

TEIN-Germany offers shock absorbers, springs, coilovers, EDFC controllers and accessories. You can find items through the search, product groups or vehicle selector, read product information and add items to your cart. Before you submit an order, you can review the order details, payment method, shipping and total amount. Information about vehicle variants and included components appears on the relevant product pages.

Finding your way and getting support

The main navigation leads to the product groups. The footer contains product ranges, guides, payment and shipping information, and the contact form. On desktop, the vehicle selector has a text input and selection list; on mobile devices, it uses selection fields without text input. If you need help with a step, you can contact our email support team.

Current review status

The shop is live and is being continually improved. A complete review of all pages and ordering steps using a keyboard, screen reader, magnification and mobile devices has not yet been completed. We therefore do not currently confirm full conformity with WCAG or EN 301 549. In particular, the interaction between the vehicle selector, additional controls and external payment services still needs comprehensive review. An additional accessibility widget does not replace that review.
